Niels Kristjansson, VA6NJ

Born in Iceland in 1955 and grew up there. Forever interested in things technical and became interested in electronics and radios after building a crystal receiver at the age of 13. This was followed by an intense interest in Short Wave Listening that has lasted till this day.

Operate mostly CW and QRP with both commercial and home built equipment. Earns a living working on aircraft radios as an Avionics Engineer. Other hobbies include flying (power and soaring), photography, riding and restoring old motorcycles. Other calls held VE6NJK and TF3NJ.
