Well - it actually happened! On December 2, 2005 the International Space Station (ISS) contact took place between the kids at Ralph McCall School and Commander Bill McArthur, KC5ACR. However – we are now in the year counting down toward QCWA Convention – 2006 to be held in Calgary, AB on September 28 – 30. As the hosting chapter we will be working hard to make sure every person attending will enjoy meeting new and old friends alike. Great presentations, a Meet & Greet reception and Saturday banquet will round out this event. Did you know that the entire QCWA Board of Directors and Executive will be in attendance for you to meet and discuss the future of QCWA at the Annual Meeting of the members?
